All new patients will require a referral letter from their GP to see a Maven Centre specialist. In order to book your initial appointment with a Maven Centre specialist, we need to view your GP referral letter. This allows us to ensure that you are triaged to the clinician(s) with the appropriate knowledge and surgical skill-set.
To make your initial appointment with a Maven Centre specialist, please email your GP referral letter to: reception@mavencentre.com.au. We will respond within two business days, to let you know which clinician(s) can best help you.
While you do not need a referral to see one of our Women’s Health GPs, we encourage you to provide the contact details of your primary GP so that our team can liaise with them to provide holistic care.

From Furlong Road, enter the Sunshine Private Health Hub car park along the east side of the building. Use the main entrance to take the elevator to the fifth floor. Exit the elevator and turn right, then right again. We are at the end of the corridor.
All Maven Centre clinicians consult at our main St Albans consulting rooms.
John Fawkner Private Hospital
275 Moreland Road
Coburg, Victoria
Enter the main hospital car park off Moreland Road. The stand-alone building containing the consulting suites is next to the car park, and separate from the main hospital building. The consulting rooms are on the second floor.

Northern Private Hospital

From the Northern Private Hospital lobby, take the elevator to the second floor. Consulting room 2.2 is directly in front of you.
