Dr Alayne Moreira is a consultant Breast and General Surgeon at Western Health. She completed General Surgical Training in 2020 at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.

Alayne then completed her Breast Surgery (BSANZ) Subspecialty Fellowship in 2023. She is currently completing a Masters degree in Advanced Surgery (Breast Surgery) through the University of Sydney.

Alayne takes pride in ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care. She believes a multidisciplinary approach is paramount: she works collaboratively with specialist breast radiologists, medical and radiation oncologists, and plastic surgeons in order to achieve this. Alayne also has a keen interest in teaching medical students, through University of Melbourne. Alayne enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, cooking, and socialising with her friends.
