Stephanie is an accredited practising dietitian and research fellow, working in both clinical practice and research.

Steph completed her PhD in 2020 which aimed at developing a clinical, Medicare-funded lifestyle program for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) using mixed-methods: this program was then trialled at Monash Health. Steph now works in private practice helping women with PCOS, endometriosis and subfertility through food, using evidence-based principles. She also works in research on projects focusing on PCOS, endometriosis and dementia prevention.

In her spare time, Steph enjoys yoga, cooking, reading and hiking.

Steph is currently on maternity leave from Maven Centre. You are welcome to consult with Steph’s trusted colleague, Stacey Vas.

We provide a safe welcoming space.
